When I first dove into Fitness I thought it meant you ate nothing but fresh meats, fresh fruits and veggies and 100’s of hours in the gym. I truly believed eating more veggies and fasting on nothing but juice for days was the answer. Fitness blossomed a beautiful transformation into so much more.
